Megan Nielson Banksia pattern. I already have plans to make it again, especially in jersey, again. It's amazingly comfortable.
chevron jersey from Girl Charlee. Really. Let me say that again. Chevron. Jersey. Girl Charlee. Yes, it's true. Love.
Happily Ever After had made this pattern in a small, so I was able to try hers on, so I didn't need (or so I thought) to make a muslin, because hers was also a jersey knit. She had made it in a tunic length, so I didn't realize that, because I am taller that it would be honestly-shorter-than-this-mama-wanted. The bottom is black jersey that I cut off my husband's old polo shirt to fix that problem. The collar is a black jersey shirt I cut up from my own closet, which I did not interface at all. I actually like that the band sort of "cuts up" the bold print, along with the solid black collar.
I hope you enjoyed it! Have any of you got this pattern on your must make list like me? Or have you been wanting to make it?
